I also dislike this and think it is a huge reason that people hate the legion, but think of it as a way to keep that the legion keeps the women alive. And FYI, it isn't just women who were enslaved, but men too. After actually listening to why Vulpes Inculta massacred Nipton, why Caesar thinks the NCR is weak and why he does the things he does, and Cass's thoughts on the good things of the legion, I wanted to find mods that would have the legion likeable and active. Ulysses was supposed to be in the non-dlc game to serve as a companion that gives you a reason to sympathize with the legion. It is sad how Obsidian couldn't find the time to finish up and create more ways to sympathize with the legion. This faction seemed the most interesting to me and it had the 'funnest' missions in my opinion (the assassination?). I use this instead of NCR Rearmament because I like the variety. You can use NCR Trooper Overhaul then use this to distribute them to the wasteland. This is once of the early concept arts of the NCR. Since FNV is set in the future, I think it would make sense to have futuristic armor. This Mod overhauls the NCR troops into a futuristic world-police-esque faction. The NCR Now the NCR in my opinion does not really need many mods to improve as they are literally all over the damn map and have a full story along with the pros and cons. I did some research on how the game would of turned out and constantly thought about "Man. ever since I started modding like crazy, I realized that I was disappointed in the whole game and the whole bethesda-obsidian shenanigans. I actually didn't mind all the flaws that this game had when I first played. 500 hours and I'm still finding new things to do in this game. Hello all, now Fallout New Vegas is one of my favorite games of all time.
